DRIVER DRUGGED

case recorded by the scribe Valdemir Mota de Menezes

the day of the incident was triggered via radio to the Police attend the scene of events, where on arrival at the site of the events, the victims were being rescued, preliminarily found that the driver of the vehicle was traveling towards Praia Grande, São Paulo, tried to divert another vehicle, hit the road and collided head on with a bicyclist and then collided with most other bikes. When I was presenting the occurrence at the station received the statement that the first cyclist hit in the accident had died. The other cyclists were hit from behind, having no position to tell exactly what happened that would have taken the car to run over them. Regarding the narcotic seized on the accident, it was delivered by popular that found in the woods, next to the car. Asked about the small amount of marijuana, which was not even a gram, the driver of the car claimed that someone had left the night before. At first he suspected of being drunk, but when using etilometro, consisted of no alcohol in the breath as the driver of the car.

Note: The truth not contained in the records is that the car driver had taken drugs the previous day and that etilometro, used by the Police only detects if the person has ingested alcohol in the last hour. Another fact is that this accident also happened because of the reckless, high speed.
