Comparece o policial militar acima qualifcado informando que foi chamado via radio para atender ocorrencia de acidente de transito, no local encontraram as partes, apurando preliminarmente que o ciclista conduzia a bicicleta na frente da moto e quando a moto buzinou o biciclista  mudou de faixa vindo a abalroar com a moto. Com a colisão o ciclista caiu e sofreu algumas escoriações e foi socorrida ao Hospital Municpal e após medicado, liberado. Veiculo liberados as partes para  serem periciadas e expedidas guias de IML e IC. Nada mais.

Victim was rescued by Samu, the Municipal Hospital. The scooter forwarded to the patio for forensics. The vehicle brand Gol, was delivered to the owner to present it in forensics. Victim not to call this with an open fracture to his right leg. Nothing more.
